The Chicago in-fill partnership is a joint venture equity fund with a Chicago based pension fund advisor established to seek out in-fill industrial and land development opportunities through out Chicago . The Fund's first acquisition is a $30 million redevelopment on a 16 acre parcel in Chicago .
