Anthony J. Burns

In 2007 Anthony J. Burns co-founded Sydney Partners, LLC with Jeffery M. Josephs. Previously Anthony was an Executive Vice President and a founding member of NAI Hiffman, Chicago-land's largest privately held commercial real estate firm, with its forte' in industrial real estate. Anthony is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE) and has transacted over $750 million in commercial property value throughout his commercial real estate career since 1991.

Jeffery M. Josephs

Jeffery M. Josephs is one of the founding partners of Sydney Partners, LLC and in conjunction with Anthony J. Burns oversees all aspects of the Company. Prior to starting Sydney, Jeff was one of the original partners of Welsh Investment Company, and a Director of Acquisitions for the firm. Jeff was instrumental in Welsh Investment Company's foray into the Chicago market in 2005 and oversaw the opening of the Chicago office. During his tenure, Jeff's team completed in excess of $650 million worth of acquisitions and over $500 million of financing for the company totaling 9 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and hotel investments.
